1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Beyza Coaching, operated by Beyza, based in London, United Kingdom. By booking a session, purchasing a training, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Beyza Coaching offers:

• 1-to-1 life coaching sessions (online and in London)
• NLP sessions (online and in London)
• Breath coaching sessions (online and in London)
• Coaching and NLP certification trainings

All services are provided by Beyza as a professional coaching practitioner. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counselling, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health support.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked and paid for via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Once payment is confirmed, Beyza will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your session date and time.
• Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund, or free rescheduling (once).
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. The session may be rescheduled at Beyza's discretion.
• No-show: No refund and the session is forfeited.

5. Trainings

• Training enquiries are handled individually. Prices and schedules are confirmed via email before any payment is taken.
• Cancellation terms for trainings will be outlined in your individual training agreement.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the full programme.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Beyza adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics. Confidentiality may only be broken where there is a risk of harm to you or others, or where required by law.

7. Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship and is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.

Results from coaching vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and training materials — is the intellectual property of Beyza Coaching and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
